With more than 30 years of operational and HR leadership experience, and eight years as a consultant, Mark Bartlett brings a rare combination of strategic depth and hands-on delivery — shaping people strategy, redesigning organisations, coaching senior leaders and facilitating the conversations that move teams forward.

For larger organisations, that often means supporting major change initiatives — restructures, operating model shifts or leadership alignment. For smaller and mid-sized organisations, it can mean providing experienced HR leadership and practical support: navigating employee relations issues, strengthening HR capability and establishing fit-for-purpose people frameworks as the business grows.

About Mark

Mark Bartlett

Mark has spent over 30 years in operational and People leadership roles across retail, financial services, infrastructure, technology, resources, education, construction and not-for-profit organisations. Eight years ago, he moved into consulting to help organisations deliver change more effectively — combining strategic HR advisory, organisational design, coaching and facilitation.

He is known for bringing clarity, structure and calm leadership to complex transformation work. Comfortable operating at Board level and across all levels of the organisation, Mark engages with equal credibility across the full range of stakeholders — executives, unions, frontline teams and everyone in between.

Collaborating with trusted Associates in specialist areas such as Leadership, Organisational Development (OD) and WH&S, Capability 360 is able to scale capability to meet client needs as needed.

Mark is based in NSW and works nationally.
