Capability 360 is led by Mark Bartlett. Mark has over 25 years’ experience in operational and HR leadership roles in fast paced and change environments.
Having worked in global listed organisations, in business funded by private equity, in a start – up business and for a substantial UK retailer operating a partnership model, Mark has experienced a broad range of operating environments and has always had a role leading organisational change and people capability.
A trained project manager, an experienced Non-Executive Director (including Board Chair in the not for profit sector) as well as an accredited Executive Coach, Mark is passionate about enabling organisation success through its people.
